A false report that the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) Office has indicted 19,000 doctors for so-called COVID crimes stems from an article on a self-described satirical website, but social media users responded as though the claim was authentic. A U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps spokesperson said in an email that the claims made in the article are false.
